I'm on my high schools swim team and have decided to take swimming a lot more seriously. I want to build more strength and get faster when I swim. Does anyone have any dry land workouts I could do?

As a swim coach, working on your core and back will help with speed, and stronger legs will help with endurance

I have 3 slipped discs from a bad car accident, what are some good workouts that i can do to work on my abs, arms and legs....Mostly my abs?
