Have you ever tried early morning workouts?

Every morning... I shoot for 530 take my prebiotic and I get to work. Hydrate well & Be sure to fuel your body with protein after a morning workout. I shut down otherwise. Good luck!

How early?  I try to get up at 5:30, but more often than not, I'm at it by 6:00
