Do i need a rest day?

I do yoga in the mornings and cardio in the evenings. Usually moderate and for 10-15 min sessions. I just search and do whatever strikes me as interesting.
Do i still need a rest day or can i keep this up for 7 days a week?

Rest days are important as the body uses this time to heal muscles and ligaments. A week without a day of rest could result in an injury. Currently I am doing Mon, wed, Friday as high intensity workouts, and Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday as low impact yoga/stretching. Sundays off. Good luck!

You can if you'd like, but eventually your body will become use to it and it won't have much of an effect to you. Try working out every 3-4 days and then have a rest day :)

I actually work out every day.
I just thought that, since they are relatively easy, there is no need for a rest day.
