I do yoga in the mornings and cardio in the evenings. Usually moderate and for 10-15 min sessions. I just search and do whatever strikes me as interesting.
Do i still need a rest day or can i keep this up for 7 days a week?
You can if you'd like, but eventually your body will become use to it and it won't have much of an effect to you. Try working out every 3-4 days and then have a rest day :)
I actually work out every day.
I just thought that, since they are relatively easy, there is no need for a rest day.
