Ok
So I own a 35lb iron weight, and im trying to do all the ab work outs I can while being creative also, so can someone try this out and tell me
1 is it safe and 2 will it work abs,back,

1) Ok take the weight place it on your back of your neck but let it rest on your shoulders

2) place your feet together and stand straight,

3) lean forward as far as you can at the waist keep your shoulders straight

4) hold, come back up slow when you're standing, if you can left the weight up and repeat,

After you try this plz comment and let me know thanks

Sounds like a "good morning" move you don't need much weight at all with this because of the target area. Very safe move if treated with the up most respect great lower back and glute move -- make sure to keep abs tight and amagine someone has your hips and pulling the. Slightly back and slowly repeat with quick breathes to maintain core stability take care

Really, what about when you do it

If you have a spotter try it I don't so I'm not sure I risk tipping. Your core may be stronger than mine though. Just be careful.
