Stretching sessions

So I've got my whole next week planned out, but I would like some suggestions on stretching sessions. I could create my own but I'm sure there are some great sessions created already! I'd like three separate sessions targeting upper body, lower body and core, preferably on a maximum of ten minutes. Any suggestions?

Stephs body stretch off my likes! It's 17 min or so but I love it.

Thanks, I'll check it out! I have my own full body stretch but it doesn't target every single muscle in the body.
