Hi! I'm new here. What do you recommend to tone the butt?

Walking daily tone everything

Squats for sure! Glute kickbacks and lunges

Walking lunges, squat jumps, donkey kicks and fire hydrants (add ankle weights for muscle building) or the good ol' leg press and stair climber if you prefer gym equipment.

You and I are in the same boat. I've been doing a combo of running, squats, walking lunges, floor bridges, and changed my whole diet up to protein fruits and veggies. Hope this helps!
