L seat lifts
Does anyone can help me to explain how I might be able to get up with my arm's at this exercise "l seat lift" ? Or how to work out until I can do this? It's horrible difficult for me, I'm feeling too heavy

Start with lifting yourself up in double pigeon pose.
Then strengthen your quads and abs by doing hanging leg raises..get to a point where you can hold.
Progress to L-sits.

It's not easy nearly impossible for me to lift myself with my arm's if I'm sitting in 90 degrees on the ground
