best workouts to get a bigger butt, shape, and lift!

Squats, squats, squats, oh and accepting that a lit of the big butt rave should calm down, after all, it's mostly genetics...IJS, best of luck.

Just look some up in the workouts browser lol my opinion would be squats with a barbell though

Try doing this workout.Quick And Painful (Butt) - KC I have been doing it for a week now and it really leaves me sore and seeing some results.
