How many times should I work out each day? How long? I like shorter workouts 15 minutes or less. Do you recommend any exercises in particular for those short workouts?
That depends on a lot of things. So the best thing you can do is to just listen to your body. If you feel to sore to do a workout then don't or do one that targets a body region you don't feel sore at. Sometimes too much working out can do more harm than good.
