So HIIT is Tabatta? I'm currently drinking Visalus shakes and watching my added sugar intake in foods. I run/jog 3-6 miles once a week. Im moving around most of the day. Other than that I workout at home. In a week I'll be increasing my dumbells. What exercises are good to do using the HIIT method?
