Check out this workout called" Blogilates Perky butt and long lean legs" on YouTube if you're serious :) it's super intense though.
Plus do deadlifts and Bulgarian Split Squats.

Everytime you use the bathroom do 10 squats and every 4 weeks at 5 more it will help alot
