Just created an Intense workout that trains muscle endurance and cardio endurance.Legs mainly, almost HIIT with NOREST (until the end). Used for tennis training.

The description is clear. Just for a HIIT you have to add more rests, 3 rounds without break is too much.
Yes, it is an intense workout with minimal rest. By all means customize it to suit your limitations and capabilities. I think now you can edit pre-designed workouts - may i suggest, add rest at the end of each set. And perhaps do this workout max. 2 times a week. Much appreciated feedback, hope you can still use it!
