Workout schedule

I think I supposed to work Abs one day, legs another day, etc., and do total body at the end of the week? Is that correct? And can you all share your workout schedules with me.

I do abs everyday as my core is my weakest muscle group.

It is a good idea to work on all different muscle groups. I do abs one day, arms the next and legs whenever I have time. As long as you don't focus on just one muscle group and have enough rest, you're doing fine!
