could someone that was/is in specifically in the United States Air Force let me know what kind of physical training workouts you do there in the eight weeks of basic training? i want to be ready for whats coming

I'm not sure if it's the same across the board but Marine fitness test is: situps, pull ups and a 2 mile run.

Army physical training test is sit-ups push-ups and 2 mile but you can look up all branch physical training workouts online.

Air force doesn't do pt any more, they just drink coffee and donuts :-)
