I run high school track and I need workouts that will help my legs get as big as my arms can. It's a lot easier to work my arms, but even if I do twice the legs as I do arms, my arms come out on top. I mainly need to add mass to my calves.
Being in track, isn't really about having the biggest legs out there. Look at any olympian in track and field. They aren't big. Any here are some good leg workouts on here.
