Quick links to all the now and future MGM workouts These are designed as short, efficient,  fast paced at home workouts for those with little time or means for full hour - 90 minute sessions or gym access. Each is about 5 - 15 minutes long and set to get the sweat dripping and the muscles burning.

Obviously haha except the one with the ball. My kid said I couldn't use it to practice today haha he hid it from me I think

LMBO! My daughter tries to use my ball, tho it's as big as her, so I have only tried two of these. I know what my goal is next week lol

Amber that's Awesome! Yeah I think she would hide it too if it were hers. She frequently hides my little ball as she tries to do 'workouts' of her own on it ;)

Mommy Got Muscles - And A  Strong Floor

Kegel exercises (also called pelvic floor exercises) are done to strengthen muscles of the pelvic floor. Kegel exercises not only can help prevent urine leakage, but can be helpful for accidental passing of stool or gas, and may even help to improve orgasm. Keeping these muscles 'fit,' helps keep the uterus, urethra (tube that carries the urine from the bladder to the outside of the body), and bowel from sagging down into the vagina. If this happens, the condition is called pelvic organ prolapse.

Okie dokie ladies.
With the lack of metabolic burn from bi's and tri's alone; I've created for you another wo for the arms Mommy Got Muscles - Guns Reloaded. This one focuses on strengthening and toning the arms more indirectly, while boosting core strength and working the chest and back. This is one I dare say, if you have a little time left...or energy...Go for it twice!
(There's no burpees this time Christa) Enjoy and let me know what you think.

Ok....so I am doing three different programs and am not getting near the results I was when I was doing this! So forget that mess, time to get back to MGM. the new workouts look awesome btw. Can't wait to get started again :) Thanks! !

So, here's a starting outline for a 4 day wo split for you fine folks using our MGM workouts.
These are in no way set in stone so feel free to add more workouts if you feel up to it.
Also don't feel obligated to conquer the entire 45 minutes in one go. These are designed to work around Any schedule.

As far as the days go, they aren't stapled to a specific day either. These can be split M-W-F-Sa or M-Tu-Thr-F... Tu-W-F-Sa ...Su-Tu-Thr-F ...any way you choose to get them done. Add more cardio on days between if you want more weight loss or add more strength routines to increase muscle. The world is your oyster...or chocolate. What ever. Freedom of choice. It's what makes you human.

I'll stop there before I get all philosophical. Enjoy!

(And forget to actually have a rest day.)

Mommy Got Muscles - Ground Work, has been designed for toning the inner thighs, working the lower back, improving core,  and stretching the glutes and hips.

Enjoy yourself. This one slows the pace down juuuust a little.
