I get really creative on the mean names for the toned core workout! And I hope I get extra credit for adding mean names to the Legs one, those squat jumps are a killer!

Alright then #beastettes, we're about to hit our 20th MGM workout. Whaa, I know right?!

Andy Who, crowd participation time; what are some of your favorite workouts from these routines? I want #20 to be one of those best of type deals based on your feedback. So...let me know. These are for you!
Monkey walks? Kick backs? Pllllooow pose (hehehe)?

Well we need another workout like MGZm Round 2...one that's like 15 min. I did like the opposite knee Mt climbers and the ball/weight combo

Seconded on the opposite knee mountain climbers! I also like the plank with toe taps and the spidermans

2nd on the ball and weight combo. I also like the walking, jumping squats and floor bridge

Decisions. ...decisions. hard to choose but I'd have too agree with the weights and ball workout and add weighted squats. Although most of the mommy gone crazy is quite fun and makes laugh the whole workout lol. :)

This means I owe you one of each I haven't tried, yikes! Love them all, truly. The best parts IMO are the way you creatively address the area in a pretty short span of time, use a lot of home equip/bodyweight, and the flow/timing of the movements. Would love to see another arms / upper body bit & maybe a full body holds practice, if that makes sense. Y'know, so we'll have a leg up on the BMC this month! =p

Mommy Got Muscles - NO Bounce.

HIIT style with a twist. I don't know which part is intense;  the wo or the "rests". You'll see what I mean .

This one targets your arms abs and legs.

Keeping the theme of the multi tasking wo's going, Mommy Got Muscles - Ground Work 2.

In this we're going to focus in on our upper body; shoulders, arms, chest, upper and lower back, and abdominals.

I'd suggest this right after Mommy Got Muscles - Ground Work or Mommy Got Muscles 2.0

I tip my hat to you ladies that have been tearing it up with these workouts. I enjoy the feedback and the hunger for more, but what I Really love are the results and the progress you've been having. Really great job ladies. 

Alas;  soon I will not be creating any further MGM workouts. Thank you all that have stuck with it this far !

Ok ladies...for lifting and firming the girls:
Mommy Got Muscles - Bustin' Bust

These exercises target your pectoral major and minor. As well as back muscles to improve posture to help flaunt the perk to the pups, the lift to the ladies...you know, to show those curve with confidence.

This one targets your lower half while mixing in up through the core and shoulders.

Throw this little number between Mommy Got Muscles - Bustin' Bust and Mommy Got Muscles - Not Yo Momma's Washboard/ or Mommy Got Muscles - Ground Work 2 for one hell of a full body sweat enducing workout.

If you're feeling extra sassy, add ankle weights and finish with this one right after Mommy Got Muscles - Ground Work or Mommy Got Muscles - With Legs Like That.

Well ladies...this is it.

Mommy Got Muscles - All In One

I think this may be our last MGM workout. We have 30! of them! Whoohoo, we can conceivably do one MGM wo every night for a month! Haha

To all of you present and future, I would like to personally thank you for allowing these workouts to accompany you on your fitness journey.  Thank you :)

This is an 18 minute HIIT routine. I was going to make it 3 rounds but that would over take the principal of these wo's.

So test your self. How many times can you complete this routine?
