Hello everyone, just here to listen in on what you guys think great asthma work outs would be? Im really trying to change my life and get things going but its so hard at the gym when i am struggling to breathe.
Anything you think will helo would be verybmuch appreciated and enjoy your day
Try just doin planks and crunches and different workouts like that and even walking is good just take it easy and only do what you can tolerate and just stay focused.
I have asthma too. Talk to your doctor first, if he knows your working out, she may recommend a different approach to your medication.
Im new to this but id recommend starting slow so your body can adjust.
