Can some motivate me please! I will like to lose 20 ponds by agust but sometimes my emotions goes down please

Why do you want to lose weight until August? Is this the only reason you want to be active? Just start, tell yourself "i do just 10minutes NOW"

Well obviously there is something going on in August so let that be your motivation. Unfortunately no one can motivate you but yourself. Continue to post you hard work in forums like this one because 1. People will encourage you to continue and 2. If you're serious about your goals then it will create a sense of accountability.
