I've been looking at the programs which apparently are updated quite regularly.
I usually train 1 or 2 hours a day (depends on work) but those programs only go max 25 min.
Therefore I've come across 2 questions:
1) Are there longer progrmas o is it a good idea to mix 2 or 3 the same day?
2) Are programs any good or PRO is good enough with the workouts and the community workouts.
You can change how long you want workouts to be in your settings. I think it's alright to mix workouts. I'm currently using 4 programs that have me working out 4 different times a day. And with the program workouts, they are good but every workout is also on the community workouts too. Hopefully that helps.
