In shape during class
Hi, I'm in the university now, so I don't have much time to workout due to work and exams, so basically I want to know if someone here is in the same situation as me and, in that case, what workout do you use?
Workout at home and use high intensity, compound exercises such as squats, jumping jacks and burpees so that your workouts get completed within 10 mins. Do it HIIT style.
I've seen great results in my tight schedule with such workouts, and burpees!
