Hi, I'm in the university now, so I don't have much time to workout due to work and exams, so basically I want to know if someone here is in the same situation as me and, in that case, what workout do you use?

Hi:) I'm in the same situation I have a lot to study and I also do sport so it's really complicated to find time to study, anyway I always try to do workouts that inspire me so even if I'm tired I can do something. What it's really important is to keep motivation and to remeber why you are working! :)

Workout at home and use high intensity, compound exercises such as squats, jumping jacks and burpees so that your workouts get completed within 10 mins. Do it HIIT style.

I've seen great results in my tight schedule with such workouts, and burpees!
