I have tried a few of the yoga workout on here and I do the free your hips and yoga for anxiety. I love them the most. It also helps my back and focusing on breathing while doing the very light yoga stretches really helps me feel relaxed.
there are a ton of yoga videos on youtube. thats what i am using to do yoga. i find the yoga on here i can never really relax and get into it.
yoga with adriene is a great channel! she has a 30 day yoga beginner challenge, and its really awesome! :)
