Best excercise for weight loss as per your experience

Hi all ..please share the link of that excercise which u found to be most effective in your weight loss...

I found burpees and jumping jacks to be great - they're really good because they get your heart rate up but they're harder than walking on the treadmill and less boring too! :) Skipping rope or just any kind of skipping/jumping worked really well for me too.

Oh sorry! I didn't see the link part. I followed the Kayla Itsines BBG for a few weeks and got awesome results though it was very tiring and intense!
