My Morning Routine. 30minutes for 2 month. Im gonna try to keep up every day. Follow.me to See progress. I want to.get ripped so the workout is more core based.

You can do it as an beginner and if you are Fitter. Just try to custom it up für yourself....be creative

It was a little yo easy, even for an 11 year old girl. It took me to long to do regularly, though . The balance exercises were great because I do ice skating and gymnastics and that will help with my balance.
