Help a goalie out

Anyone willing to suggest some good weight room, agility and endurance training?
Or flexability exercises focusing on the hip?

Burpees thrusts and all different variations of squats are what I always see our keepers doing so that might be worth a go

Hey! This sounds crazy but try working on your middle splits, start slowly! There's tons of stretches for your groin area which is what goalies use most! I know a ton but their hard to explain without pictures! Try google!

I wil be playing soccer this summer and some of the workots I suggest would be some 10minute hip excercises cardio and strength trainng.
