Hi. I feel u, after school really all I would do is eat. But now instead of eating the junk food. Try to find something healthy to eat. I understand sometimes all their is to snack on is junk. And find something to do to keep ur mind away from eating. Go outside or sum. Keep urself busy because when ur bored its tempting. Also this might sound lame but stay away from the kitchen. Its hard to pass by there without getting tempted to grab munchies.
