Healthy eating and exercise

Hey guys

So I'm after a better shaped body. I find that when I get home from school all I do is eat unhealthy products because I'm bored. Am I the only one??

I downloaded this app to try and get some eating healthy tips and lose a couple of pounds. If anyone has some descent exercises or food tips please tell me, I really need to have a balanced diet and get more energy and exercise into my life schedule but there never seems to be enough time in a day!

So I suppose that is all I wanted to say

Hi. I feel u, after school really all I would do is eat. But now instead of eating the junk food. Try to find something healthy to eat. I understand sometimes all their is to snack on is junk. And find something to do to keep ur mind away from eating. Go outside or sum. Keep urself busy because when ur bored its tempting. Also this might sound lame but stay away from the kitchen. Its hard to pass by there without getting tempted to grab munchies.
