i have been going to the gym for five months now.. but will be discontinuing ina couple of weeks since i will be travelling for two months. i am thinking of doing a few bodyweight routines to maintain progress..
can anyone please suggest a combination of workouts which would suffice this..?
any other suggestions are also welcome..
Watch what you eag. If you are going to be less active and like sleeping less your body will want to cling to fat like you won't believe. It's very possible to keep in shape without a gym tho. But be sure to adjust your diet to your activity level. And here are a few bodyweight wo's to keep ur body active.
Bodyweight exercises and jogging outside.
