Just wanted to share my recent experience incase it can help someone.
I used to follow a sort of programme. Monday legs, Tuesday full body, Wednesday core, Thursday full body, Friday upper body. Just using the exercises available on the app.
It worked well and I could see results. Legs getting bigger, arms looking better etc.
Then I decided to do full body everyday. Because that will be better right?
It turned out to be wrong! I lost visibly all round!
So now Im back to my "program". And its good to FEEL it again the next day!
