Powerlifting/Cross fit Hybrid Workouts

Wanting to know what some of the gym addicts are doing and the kind of crazy azz workouts some of you are doing. I'll start:

Circuit 1

10 Sets

10 Reps of Flat Bench 225lbs
25 Kettlebell Swings of 1.5 poods

Total 100 Reps of Bench of 225lbs
Total 250 kettlebell swings of 1.5 poods

4 rounds:

10 Barbell back squat.
30 sec. Mountain climbers
10 pullups
40 cal raises
