Which workouts are good to get a nice body for the summer? And does someone have extra tips?

Try cardio in the morning or evening if u can't wake up. You can do pretty much any workout you wish just stay hydrated .  good luck!

Depends on what muscle cathegories you would like to workout,intensity,time. The search browser is much more useful than me . XD i'll start using these workouts in july because I'm finishing gym^_^
