My favorite thigh workout!
Hi there Amy, I'm really up for that! I'm coming to the end of a squats challenge. started on 50 and adding 10 every day, today was day 24/30 280 squats. AND... today was the first day I did all of them with a dumbbell! ! I'm stronger and rounder . But now am starting to do other parts of the body, ie abs and legs, my arms are a bit strong already.
So, are we starting on the 1st of July?
I found it really good and motivated to do more when I reported back on this page for logging. Looking forward to it Amy. X
