I have close to 0 idea about what stretches to or not do. I don't know anything about stretching at all, but I'll like to learn. Google hasn't help much.
I'm looking for a quick stretch routine that is easy for my body to handle, since I have arthritis, fibromyalgia, starting to have problems with 2 two disc in the lower back, scoliosis and a problem with a knee, and that I can repeat a few times during the day or week.

How about try "Warm it up" and or U can try 10min "Wake up stretch" those are 2 of my favorites on here,hope that its helpful for u
