Is there anyone who want to share?
Your routine program weekly. Cuz I still don't know how to manage exercise program for each day.
I've read many articles about making routine program but they're so different.
there's one article about "getting squat booty" said if we have to do squat 50 reps (or more) per day, and it's 6 times a week, 1 day to take a rest. N we need to repeat again from the first day if we can't reach minimum 50 reps.
But the other one said each day we need to train different side of body cz our muscle need to recovery itself for about 1-2 days.
So... they're confusing me.
Is it correct to do same exercise per each day in a week?
Or we just need to give it space to recovery. Can somebody can give me some advices about this???
