Is there any workouts to reduce fat in face? And does it really works??

Fat is distributed throughout the body and is dependent on your genetic makeup. If you parents are ectomorphs or were active physically, then % of fat that builds in your body is relative small. However, if your parents are in the hefty side, chances of you retaining fat is pretty high. That being said, it's not irreversible. You just have to train harder, be conscious of what you eat, and ensure you stay away from 'triggers' that will prompt your body to store fat (everyone's got those triggers - it takes discipline and focus to identify those triggers)... took me...

I believe that's all diet. My face usually slims out when I drink a lot of water and eat healthy. You can cut back on sodium so you don't retain water, no sodas or juice and drink at least 7 glasses of water a day. A general cardio workout can help sweat out the water as well but if you use a sports drink for the electrolytes make sure it's low in sodium.
