I believe that's all diet. My face usually slims out when I drink a lot of water and eat healthy. You can cut back on sodium so you don't retain water, no sodas or juice and drink at least 7 glasses of water a day. A general cardio workout can help sweat out the water as well but if you use a sports drink for the electrolytes make sure it's low in sodium.
