Should I be adding something else to the workouts?
I just finished the Weight Loss 1 program. There was no real weight loss but I'm blaming that more on some vacation trips that came up during the program than the program itself. However, I was also wondering what else should I be doing instead of just the workouts of the programs. It doesn't really say if I should be doing cardio before or after the workouts of the program or anything else. Any help would be great! Thanks!
A great way to supplement the workouts is to monitor your earing habits. I'm not saying go on some crazy/fad diet, but logging your food/meals is a great way to enhance your fitness regime. I recommend the LoseIt! app; it's free and phenomenal. Best of luck,
