just salad and water!!! your body is gonna need more than that to be able to burn the extra fat and certainly more than just running, you're gonna need to hit the weights to lose weights and look lean, HIIT and some cardio is great too you're diet should consist of good carbs, healthy fats, PROTEIN, veggies and fruit ;)
