Looking for good plyometric workouts ?

Hard to find plyometric specific workouts on this app. Anyone have any suggestions/favorites ? Thanks

I haven't ran into any on skimble.  But I've seen some interesting wo's on different websites. A quick Google search will do the trick. I didn't bookmark them so sorry lol.

Thanks javon.  I did end up googling and then creating it on skimble.   Did one today and it felt great

Oh nice, I took a look at it right now. Looks good, but yeah rest times seem a little long for you

Yea little long i took it off website verbatim so after trying it now I am gonna tweak it a bit. Although i wasn't taking full rests and did end up failing on the last two sets of depth jumps am push ups Thanks for checking it out Jovon : )
