Do you think 20 to 40 mins, 5 days a week is enough time to get results if your following the programs on here and eating healthy? I feel I'm getting results but I don't know if I should increase the workload to get quicker results or just keep chipping away at it and pace myself. Any thoughts? And be nice I've only been doing it regularly for two months.NOOB!
