So, I've seen a topic like this a while ago and I've tried so hard to find it again but I can't so I've decided to make a new post.

Post the workouts you made so we can find some new ones to try, it's not all that easy to find them unless they're popular!

Here are some of mine:

For the legs and glutes:
Lower Body Sculpt <sha>

Glutes:
Asset Activation <sha>
Asspiration <sha>
Build A Booty Bridge <sha>

Excuse the stupid names haha
