guys i need some sort of commend about overtraining, first can someone explain what is overtraining really mean, and second does overtraining gives good effect for us or more bad for us cause you know all ,some sort of qoutes i know push it to limits, and last but not least what do you guys think about a workout in a week, how many its could be the proportional one , thanks

Truth is, you probably are not over training.
Over training is really bad for you and what it is is not focusing on the entire body. If you only do abs as an example and don't train your back you will end up walking with your chin tucked into your chest. You need to combine flexion and extension exercises to create a balance.
