Hello, I'm a beginner. I am 6 feet tall, 67 kg weight. I am looking for a warm up routine before 7 Minute Scientific workout and a Cool down routine, after the workout.
Please suggest me a routine for both.
I intend to exercise 7 times a day.
I am a vegetarian.
I am skinny, have just a few inches belly fat ( the reason for exercising).
I want to focus on my Abdomen and Arms.
Please suggest a routine with Warm Up, Workout that focuses on Abs and Arms, and cool down.
I am a Postgraduate student so I have only 30 minutes per day.
Any other advice on diet and achieving my goals will be greatly appreciated.
Do dynamic warm up before and static after your workouts.
