Hay ladies & gentlemen am 24 started my diet since 3 months was 108 kg and now 94... eating healthy and never exceeding 2000 cal ( except on cheating days ;) ) i need an advice about exe...
I do abs , burpees, squats, mountain climbs, jumping ropes...
But this is not enough... and i dont follow a schedule...
Medical student and my time is limited...
Advices please...

Do Cardio, Crossfit, kickboxing, HITT, drink water and sleep well!

I prefer cardio , I.e running for losing weight and cross train with body weight workout. Running 3 times a week at least one high speed interval and one endurance, minimum 45 minutes each time. If I feel tired and muscle sore that day, will do yoga.

Also sometime I did swimming instead of running. And now I am doing muay thai, my opinion is try do cardio training or workout which will enhance your skill e.g running, swimming , climbing, dancing , calisthenic etc. Considering gym or bodyweight workout as cross train or supplement train, once got slim then only try shape it to your desire form.
