Hyperlordosis workout

I have hyperlordosis in my lower back, so that means I can't do any high impact exercises, weights or HIIT. I was just wondering if anyone knew of any exercises besides the general crunches, ljnhesx squats and etc that I could do. I already use the TRX suspension training but I really any to lose more weight

Try putting down a towel or something.I am doing that to avoid a whole river of sweat :P :)
