I want to start back exercises , squats 100 a day, and work on lower body Who want to join and let's help push each other along the way.

I got my 100 in today. What I did is do 10 squats then I did a squat then stand up . I did 10 squats on do a squat then stand on one leg like u going throw a ball and change out squats an moves and it was so easy to do 100, by doing these

I'm with you. Did 100 speed squats Thurs, did 100 with weights Fri, missed on Sat because I felt crappy. Will do 100 with weights again tonight.
