Hey guys,
Need Ur help, So. I got 2 questions. How do I get big round shoulders
How do I get a well defined and muscular back!
Its like I want a V tapering body...
So please suggest exercises with repetitions and how many sets?
Answer would be kindly appreciated! Thanks in advance!

Try rowing/kayaking 
Or at home do the motion with weights

First of all increase ur protien intake then for V shape back u should do wide chin ups for shoulder u should try it with dumbles . Hold dumbles on both hands and raise ur arms ur arms should come out like wings of plane

No its lateral raise and dumbles front raise. Try it maby that could help
