Hi. I am almost 16 and I want to be fit, healthy and positive. So I workout. And I have a little muscle on my body. I heard that muscles stop getting taller. I am really short and I'm growing up slower than my peers. I don't want to stop that tiny process. Please light me up. Can't I get taller if I have muscles ?

That's just people being irrational and filled with superstition you shouldn't worry you will eventually reach your full height workouts will not effect your growth at all. Just make sure your avoid any products that could stunt your growth. Hope this helps God bless!!!

Well having muscles wont stop your growth, but if you lift weights above your head like a barbell or dumb bells you may slow growth. Basically it can harm your spine which at an age like sixteen where your still growing cam indeed stop or slow the process. Just keep the weights under your head and you should be fine.
