Hello i want to lose belly fat do you have any tips please ? Something efficient

Reduce calorie and sugar intakenDrink plenty of water (Aim to drink at least 8 glasses of water per day. Drink one to two glasses before each meal to help curb your appetite and make you fuller faster )Cardiovascular exercises burn calories and help speed up your metabolism so that you can lose weight faster. You should get at least 30 minutes of aerobic exercise 5 days a week. These include jogging, walking briskly, biking, swimming, and hiking, among others. (Try to find an exercise that you enjoy. If your workouts are fun, then you are far more likely to stick with them)Don't skip meals (it's better to eat 5-6 small meals than eating 2-3 large meals)I wish that will help you :D
