Next workout ?

I've lost lists of weight now a want a defined lean muscle body but I don't want to bulk, (lean muscle in all the right places) and ideas on workouts to do next?

Sure. You can do workouts with dumbbells but with light weights(around 5kg would be perfect for this). Also, bodyweight exercises and workouts would be great for you.
