Really need help on how to loose my baby belly from having my babies and to stay in shape

Hi Jeanette:-) are you past your 6th week postnatal. Your doctor usually clears you after this time if u have not had any health issues. Also did you have problems with abdominal separation this is also important to address before comencing an exercise program. Most importantly you have to have a good combination of nutrition and exercise. One of my students gained alot of weight during her pregnancy.
