I'm pregnant and started my pregnancy overweight (bmi 27). I'm now at 23 weeks and only gained 7 lbs which is exactly what my Dr wanted, but says I need to keep up with exercising. What are some good exercises I can do in the 2nd and 3rd trimester.
There's a lot of exercises you can do, you really don't want to do exercises that require you to lay flat, as that could cause problems. Squats are great. You could also do some yoga, especially yoga that opens the hips.
